Swayven adopted a 4 day work week to give our team the opportunity to spend extra time with their family, do something they love, or just to relax. While we do not work on Fridays, this does not affect our work and has actually made our team more productive than ever.
Life happens and we understand that. With our very flexible PTO policy, we let our employees take as much time off as they need for anything that comes up. Always dreamed of that 2 week long vacation to Greece so you can reset your mind? Take it!
We have team members in multiple states across the United States. We believe giving team members the benefit of working where they are not only allows Swayven to get the best and brightest team members, but to encourage creativity. No one likes a boring office with white walls.
